Alicia is a very professional and kind person. I completed the process online, and when I arrived at the office, she had everything ready for me. Even if you don't have a lock for your storage, Alicia makes it easy for you to purchase it at the front desk. Alicia is wonderful.

worst customer service ever. I waited for 25 minutes to get someone to help. the person at the desk said I had to go through a door , to 1st, 2nd, and third floor, and look for the manager to show me a unit for my furniture. When she finally was found, she wouldn't show me a unit, said I had to sign a lease first before I could even see the unit. When I said I need to see the unit first before I pay and sign the lease, she said I won't get any money back, and it's up to me if I want to walk out. She said twice that it's my decision to walk out. No welcome, no consideration for my point of view, no response to my request, and just unkind and unwelcoming. I certainly felt like she thought I was bothering her, just by asking for a storage unit. She was mean.
