603 Self-Storage - Nashua

I had a great experience with 603 Storage in Nashua. The facility is extremely convenient, clean, and easy to access. Everything from move-in to day-to-day access was simple and hassle-free. The staff was very responsive and quick to help whenever I had a question, which made the whole process even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, well-maintained storage option in the area.

Conflicted on the review, overall very satisfied with the unit and the property, but the less than ideal times it was frustrating. Property is practically brand new and clean, spacious, and well lit, the access road out front has seen better days but they can’t help that! They are no longer 24 hour access, and as someone who works third shift, and tries to stay on that schedule, it was frustrating to work around that. They stopped being 24 hour access within 2-3 weeks of increasing the rent nearly $50 for my unit, I had reached out to them to see if they could grant me an exception to continue to access in the overnight hours with this new rent increase but unfortunately was not able to. They’ve also changed the payment platform a few times over the past few months which I can’t blame them for trying to get a potentially lower credit card rate and a better user experience on the portal but it made it so renters had to go in every time to re-enter recurring billing information, and if you missed the email you ran the potential of becoming locked out of your storage unit for defaulting on a payment.getting a human on the phone is surprisingly difficult but, once you do, they are the nicest people in the world! I’ve moved out of here and probably won’t rent with 603 in the future because of some of these frustrations, and the fact that I’ve recently finished a large enough shed and cleaning out my basement, but I would recommend them to somebody who’s looking!

The person up in Rochester. I had spoken to was very good with the upfront. Information cost finding the location. The distance between where I'm moving to and the location of the storage unit couldn't ask for better service and it only took a few minutes for everything to get done. What highly recommend this company to anyone?And the price is $5060 less than most other places for the size unit.I got very happy

I am glad I did business with them. I think they are a very ethical and honest company. Also trustworthy.Only one small increase only a few dollars. I think other facilities would have unethically raised it sooner and higher. I will return if I need storage again to do business with. Thank you
