A Safe Mini - Newcastle

A safe mini storage is great! Love the location, you can enter the gate with your phone if you get the WiFi package and that makes it super easy! My stuff is all clean and dry every time I visit to check on it. I feel like my storages are both very safe with all of the cameras! And a plus plus all the customer service reps I’ve spoken with over the time I’ve been there have been very pleasant and helpful! They go out of their way to help!

Very friendly to talk with on the phone, and very understanding to my needs. I made a miscalculation in the space I needed, and between both the ladies I spoke with, my problem was resolved instantly. Excellent sized unit, and in my opinion very well priced for the size and also power availability inside the unit.

The location is extremely convenient, which is the main reason I chose this facility. Customer service was friendly and helpful, and the payment process was quick and straightforward—those aspects were genuinely great. Unfortunately, the unit itself wasn’t as clean as I expected when I moved in (there was quite a bit of dust and some debris left behind). The bigger issue for me was the unit’s placement: it was positioned directly in front of the entry gate. Every time I loaded or unloaded, I ended up blocking other customers coming in or out, and they ended up blocking me. It created a lot of awkward situations and made moving in and out much more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, the staff and billing side were solid, but the cleanliness and unit location really impacted my experience. I think a quick deep-clean between renters and rethinking the layout for those front-row units would go a long way.

I started out with a small unit in 2022 and now I have two of the larger RV storage size units. Kerilyn has been my contact. Kerilyn has done an amazing job getting back with me when needed. I highly recommend.

Pleasant, friendly, professional and courteous. I was behind on monthly payments due to replacing credit cards, they worked with me to get it caught up. I recommend A Safe Mini storage to anyone.
