Was told I'd get call for access code. Never got call! Spent half a day trying to get code. Finally got a partial code. Drove to site code didn't work. Spent another hour trying contact customer service no answer. Voice mail box full. After a time of guessing code needed to be followed by #. Frustrating to say the least.
