Shauna greeted us with a smile as she was walking to the office. She was very professional when she told us about the specials. She took us to the unit we were interested in renting and assisted us with the lock. We were also interested in seeing space for our 5th wheel and took us to the area where they are parked. She recommended their other RV storage site. Shauna took the time to assist us with the digital codes to enter and leave the site. She was very kind and answered all our questions with a smile and was never in a rush and remained professional throughout our visit. Moved RV to W. Ann because closer to home. Friendly and clean area. Management at the facility has been extremely helpful during my time. Especially after the break-in that occurred in May. They allowed me to move to another spot that I felt more comfortable. Shauna the new manager has also been very attentive to my concerns. However, due to the drastic price increase, I must leave Extra Space Storage. Thank you for the time we shared.
