Extra Space Storage - 1022 - Northborough - Main St

Staff is super friendly and accommodating! You cannot throw out trash here which is a bit annoying. Also the carts for putting stuff in storage should have no gap between the bar to hold and push and the users knees I kept dropping stuff. Especially since the wheels are crooked so the carts all lean to one side. The app is very convenient and useful but it could problem include a map to your unit that tells you where to go from the door you walk in through to get there bc the numbers are not in order and it's very hard to locate your unit the first time. It was very easy to book my unit and pay online and a nice reasonable price and a good location but I felt justified in removing one star overall.

*Very* easy & smooth experience. Booked my unit online, selected a move-in date, and everything was ready to go that morning without issue. The guys working there were extremely helpful and friendly—they gave me a quick layout/walkthrough of where everything is and I was in and out in no time. Clean facilities equipped to make moving your items back and forth easy. Cannot recommend enough!

Bill and Larry have been amazing with handling our move cross country and putting items in storage. All questions were answered. We had all the extra support. My husband and I could not be happier!

I had just come from the location in Waltham where both of the elevators were down so I quickly transitioned to the location in northborough where I was able to get a discounted rate. Larry at the front greeted me helped me out, showed me where my storage was and gave me an amazing customer experience. Please help gio at the Waltham location as he needs it badly.

A nice storage space in a beautiful setting. Lovely, friendly people who work there. Always there to help if you need anything. Easy access to your unit as well. I’d highly recommend! Larry is wonderful!
