Oakdale Sunset Storage

I was one of the first renters to occupy a space. I have found it clean. I wish the owners would up grade the gate opener as the original owner who had the facility built didn't install a commercial grade opener. I recently had a problem getting in, but after sending an email, the manager on call got back to me fairly quickly and got the gate working so I could get my business done.

Great experience at Sunset Self Storage. The site is very clean and feels secure with cameras throughout the property. Joleen, the manager, was professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. She was upfront about rent increases after the year rate lock and all charges, which I really appreciated - no surprises. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a well-run storage facility.

Wow im very impressed. The manager approached me as i was leaving heritage storage located on Ackley Circle and handed me a flyer that said 50% off any storage with a one year rate lock! I read up on this place online and seen the pictures and thought to myself wow what a clean site, very well kept and the security cameras make me confident that my stuff is safe. when i came in to talk to joleen she was very professional she went over all the fees with me and the annual rent increase and even offered me a coffee while we chatted! The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure with the camera system in place. Joleen was professional, clearly explained all fees and future rent increases upfront, which made the whole process easy.

I paid for a unit that was supposed to be left unlocked. I drove 2 1/2 hrs from Yosemite with all my stuff and it was not. They wouldn’t answer calls or messages so I was pretty screwed. Thankfully, the place next door was open and I was able to get a unit there. They’ve ignored my request for a refund and charged me for another month! I have never moved in or even been given a key to this unit. *Update, it took weeks of pestering them and a negative review, but they issued my refunds.
