Monster Self Storage … The perfect place to safely store my Mom’s furniture while we visit assisted living facilities to find the perfect place for her to live. 😊

The facility is very nice and clean. In 9 months, my rate has increased from $49 to $65 to $96 to $110 and now $132. The introductory rate is too good to be true and then the rate hikes begin. Does the cost to secure the facility really cost this much more? UPDATE- An email was sent as requested “ to work to find a way to resolve the issue.” Two weeks later, no reply and a rate charge of $146. Their negligence of communication is bad business practices and simply no plans to help resolve any issues. I don't think so. UPDATE- An area manager of this Chattanooga location reached out to me personally and respectfully listened to the concerns I have experienced. He proactively developed a plan for me to resolve the issues and keep rates manageable. Thank you for calling and working out a solution for both of us!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the units and floors clean and the prices competitive! I also really like the fact that there's bathrooms on each floor and access hours are easy to remember. What more could you want in a storage location? 😁

By far the best experience I’ve ever had arranging storage. Victoria’s warm and approachable manner put us at ease immediately. She explained the process clearly and had us signed and on our way in record time. A full five stars is unquestionably deserved.

Amazing place ! I’m new in TN recently moves here. I was looking for a good looking place to storage my stuff. I saw them just searching. And I said ok let me rent. When I got there I saw the outside of the place and oh my God so big. The lady that helps me she was so kind and lovely. The place is so clean and big. They have a good security system. And the lock of the unit is so secure! The place have 3 levels and an elevator a big one 😮 ! Also is climate! I love it ! 🥰
