Extra Space Storage - 7507 - Oro Valley - Oracle Rd

I like that I can access my stuff until 10 pm all week including Saturday and Sunday. I was looking for a storage unit and didn't know what size I would need. They were so helpfully and let me look at different units to find the right one. The building so very new and nice and clean. I highly recommend this facility. There is a very cool sculpture on Oracle road in front of this place

New customers at the "mega" building on Oracle. Solid, secure, and pin clean -- just what we were looking for. Online sign-up was quick and easy. Samantha in the office is there for friendly help if you need it (we did!). If you're looking for lock it and don't worry about it, Extra Space is the place!

I strongly do not recommend this place. My rate went from $122 to $170, and after calling, they reduced it to $154. Three months later, it jumped again to $253. When I called back, a representative named Patrick told me the best they could offer was $170 and even confirmed that the monthly rate will continue to change based on the market — meaning I should expect a different price every month. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, even telling me I could move my things if I didn’t like the price. Please save yourself the stress of constant, unreasonable price hikes and choose another facility.

I rented a 5×5 unit, they charged me $42 a month. Two months later I got a post card in the mail that said my unit was going up to $81 a month. They said I could dispute it. I felt like they were ripping me off (witch they were). When Renting a storage unit you shouldn't have to dispute the price Two months later. This company is BS. Big rip off.

Extra Space Storage is lucky to have Sam Petruska on its team. We came in from out of town to take over a unit from my son. Sam was knowledgeable, helpful and professional all at the same time. She is thoroughly familiar with Extra Space Storage and answered all of our questions. Thank you Sam.
