Nova Storage Palmdale

This place is absolutely amazing. I can't believe I've gotten great customer service at a storage facility that was far superior than that of a restaurant. John Farley was a one who handled our account. He has such an amazing personality. Part of the facility was built last year. Everything is extremely clean. We got a tour of our storage unit and I'm not sure anyone has used it yet. So, in conclusion, if you want a clean place with respectable staff , you have to try this place!!! The prices are very reasonable.

This storage unit was a lifesaver! John was kind, patient, and very accommodating. The facility is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. Everything from move-in to access was simple and stress-free. I truly appreciate how easy they made a difficult transition. Highly recommend!
