ALERT ! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! NEVER RENT FROM HERE!!! This is a fraudulent business that will intentionally lie about their services to steal money from you. They will claim that you stored items inside the storage, when the security system never records you ever entering the property. Yes, I, intended you use the location, however, I never got a chance to place the items in the storage, the video camera recordings, is the evidence that I never used or entered the property. This company is only here to decieve you! They are not a company to ever put your trust or items in! Never ever rent from here!!!!!!!

Do not get a storage unit there a complete rip off and they are steady going up on the unit prices. No one on site and property is filthy.

Last night I went to put some stuff in my unit only to find it had been broken into. The gate hasn’t worked in months. No one on site for management or maintenance. After I found mine broken into I realized that at least 50 others had the doors ripped open and belongings scattered throughout the place. I put locks that can’t be cut on it and they ripped the latch assembly completely off of the door. What’s worse was corporate couldn’t get ahold of management to have them fix the door so what little I had left inside was un attended. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

I rented a storage at the Pullen location in Pine Bluff Arkansas for my son. I reserved the unit in April 2024 made the payment and spoke with Dawn, made my May 2024 payment over the phone and now tried to make my June payment and I spoke with Brittany and she informed me that they have no record of me. Trying to get someone on the phone is a joke and get them to call you back is an even bigger joke. When I did speak with someone(Brittany), I was told that the unit assigned to me had someone else's information on that unit but somehow had my credit card information attached. This is utterly ridiculous and I'm even more pissed because no one has reached out to me (as they said they would) to give me some answers. I will be escalating this as high as I can because where is my unit and my sons stuff??????

Cheapest Units in Pine Bluff, AR We moved from Kansas City to Pine Bluff and found Storage Plus on-line, reserved a unit because the price was the cheapest in town. When we arrived to unload our belongings the owner/manager met us on-site. Very friendly and accommodating, he let us send our large packages to his office for free since we were living in a hotel for some time. I would totally recommend renting a unit from Storage Plus!
