I've used this place for years. The original owner was great. He never raised my rates. Then they sold or changed property management. In the last two and a half years they have raised the rates at least four times. I'm now paying 80% more than I was three years ago with the old owners. It ads up when you have two units. They don't care. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Maximize profit. Minimize effort. Don't give a flip about the customer. That's the recipe for a crappy business.

I originally contacted management to rent my sister who was moving from out of town. These transaction was made easier than expected as management was receptive to the necessary change in information from us. The units are very convent for us, access has been effortless. We would highly recommend this facility.

Best Value Storage saved our day when we needed a storage place quickly. The ladies on the phone are always so sweet! We’ve had our storage spot since August and very pleased with the service. Safe and accessible!

I rarely leave reviews but I wouldn’t use this storage facility. I signed an online contract to store my RV at this location. I didn’t receive a code to get through the gate at all. I arrive at the facility where their office states they are open until 3 ( I arrive at 1:30) nobody is apparently at the office which is inside a gate that you can’t get into without a code. There are 2 numbers to call and one says “ this phone number is not set up to take calls” okay so why is it on both of your signs? And the other number rings and hangs up. Of course everything is an online contract so they made sure my money was taken but after over 24 hours there is still no code to get in. I took my business elsewhere. I had to call the bank to stop my debit card since you can’t get ahold of anyone and there’s no email either. Just an overall awful experience. Sad part is I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but when you can’t get ahold of anyone there’s not much else to do.

Trailer stolen for this locations! Be careful! Owner is somewhat helpful, but man, the property management company has an attitude. Always seem inconvenienced when you need something from them or have a question. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.
