Came to extra storage because I was looking for somewhere to store my belongings, after a bad break up! I was in a rush, not in a very good mood and needed somewhere fast! Shan, I believe her name (store manager) took her time with me, helped me find the right one for my belongings and didn't get up set, because I was in a pissed off mood, and most likely snapped at her! Once it was all said and done, I didn't rent the storage, because I need one closer to my new place, Shan even assisted me with finding an extra storage in the location too, and I ended up renting from them! If it wasn't for Shan and your professionalism, I wouldn't have rented from extra at all! Over all I my experience was excellent and my mind was put at ease! Thank you!
