Great prices here you get first month free 2 disappointments, 1st there is no lighting inside the unit which makes it hard to see your stuff, secondly, when I came in the first time the front entrance smelt badly like dog poop. Very disappointed!

I’m not one to write reviews… But the professional service and empathy I got from Keihi at the Ruckersville location was beyond my expectations. I was in a rough/ emergency situation, she worked with me and kept communication with me until I signed my rental agreement. THANK YOU.

We are looking for someplace new! The storage unit building smells horrid. I have not brought anything that is cloth over other than a mattress and feel like even though it is wrapped up I will have to throw it away. My husband came into town to help me move stuff into the unit and rain came in through the roof and ruined some of my furniture. The company was quick to respond but only gave me another unit. We had to move everything out into another unit unexpectedly. When asked if there was any compensation for the inconvenience I was brushed off. I paid for insurance and when I filed a claim they sent me an email basically stating I have a slim chance of getting it covered. We are in the temperature controlled section - the dehumidifiers in the building have not worked on any visit.

Representative for 10 Federal Storage was extremely helpful. I haven't moved in yet but setting up everything was so easy! Again, I can't say enough about the agent that helped me. He stayed on the line while I filled out the online application and a on site agent immediately called me to answer my additional questions. 10 Federal Storage representatives are the BEST!

The agent was very helpful and explained all my options for the issue I was having with my account. My debit card was frozen because of an unauthorized payment so I cancelled the one one file. She updated my card, processed my payment, added my new card to automatic payment and sent a receipt to my email. She was very gracious and helpful.
