Super easy move! I made my reservation online and Nick/Stavros were able to help me get all set up in person. Glad to have all my stuff in one secure spot.

Stavros and Nick at CubeSmart in Sachse on Highway 78 were so pleasant and helpful. We are somewhat technically challenged and they walked us through every step so patiently. They are both very personable and welcoming and easy to talk with. It was such a good experience that we knew that this was the storage place we wanted (And we checked out others, too). Oh, and ladies, just so you know, Nick has the most gorgeous long curly hair that you would pay big bucks for in a salon. Cutest guy in the history of ever.

The young Man by the name of Nick was very impressive. His customer service was on point. He was very thorough and clear about the process. Great young Man to have on your team.

Had been to several storage facilities in the area looking for the best rate for my stuff to store. I decided to try this location off the 78 in Sachse and I’m glad I stopped by. Two of the most helpful guys were working and got me the lowest price for my cube. Stavros (I think he’s the GM) gave me so much information about the area and Nick was super helpful and quick with setting up my account. 10/10 to the store and facility.

Great experience and amazing customer service! The company’s you want to support aren’t the ones that do everything perfectly. It’s the ones that when something goes wrong they take accountability and fix it quickly. That’s Stavros and his storage units. I filled out a form online to reserve and he immediately called to see if I had any questions. Then he was super helpful to get me to the unit. The first unit was supposed to be a 5 x 5 but I could immediately tell it was visibly smaller. Stavros said come on back and we’ll get a different unit. I came back and not only was the unit the correct size but he helped me move my stuff over. That’s fantastic customer service. Highly recommend!
