Devon Self Storage - 9255 - LOOP 410

Been a member here for 2 years, never paid late. Apparently there was a glitch in their system that reverted all autopay members cards to 9999. So a glitch on THEIR end gets a $20 late fee charge as well as an additional lock put on my unit and unable to access. How in the world does that make sense? The manager Steve is unhelpful. Saying he can’t remove the late fee. Sandra answered none of my questions on the phone. Since it’s gotten taken over by Devon Self Storage I have seen a $40 increase in our rent. If they were adding new amenities, AC, or cleaning up the facility, it would be warranted. But the gate is now always broken and no changes to anything else. Money hungry company, unprofessional staff. Do not give them your business.

Ms. Sandra was very helpful in showing me the different storage units available and what storage equipment such as tapes, boxes and locks which could be purchased at Devon Self Storage. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Man! The service here was great—Sandra at the front was exceptionally great. She’s one of those people that make you trust her right off the bat. Her kindness, bright smile, radiant energy upon entry made Devon Storage a no-brainer for me. The guy was great too. I know my stuff will be safe there and am confident the friends I refer to them will have a great experience as well. Thank yall!

Excellent experience with Devon Self Storage. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Renting the unit was fast and easy, and the facility is very clean, secure, and well-maintained. They provided all the information I needed, and the access is convenient at any time. You can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommended — definitely five stars.
