I had a truly great experience with Secure Storage in Washington during a really difficult transition period in my life. Vivian was absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind when I needed it most. She took the time to clearly explain everything, made the process simple, and there was zero confusion about pricing or what I needed to do. The facility itself is very clean, well-organized, and feels safe and secure. I felt completely comfortable leaving my belongings there. What really stood out was Vivian’s compassion and patience. I was going through a stressful move without a stable place to land, and her kindness genuinely made a difference. She was a bright spot in a dark moment, and I’m so grateful for her help. I came inquiring about a couple of spaces; Vivian was helping another guest and welcomed me, acknowledged me, and offered water. I appreciated her communicating that it would be about 15 minutes to finish with her guest before assisting me. There's nothing worse than an associate avoiding you like the plague, and you having no idea how long you'll be waiting. When she was available, I talked about my current and future needs. She showed me a couple of units that would work now, but also helped me envision space for my future needs. We took a tour of both entrances, went over availability, the app to get in and out, and ultimately ended up with something bigger than I have now, and at a competitive cost. I appreciate Vivian's professionalism, her knowledge, and her recommendations. I know I have a great value AND it's only a few minutes from home vs. 30 mins away like my old unit! I haven't moved my stuff in yet, but signed up last weekend and had a very smooth and friendly experience with Vivian, getting my rental set up and lock set on the unit. Vivian was extremely helpful and great to work with, the facility is very new and clean, and the rental rate is very reasonable. The climate-controlled area where my unit is located feels nice and cool and I feel confident that my somewhat temperature-sensitive belongings will be safe here. Security also seems excellent.

I want to take a moment to recognize Kathleen, who helped me get set up with my storage unit. She mentioned she was filling in and that this isn’t her usual location, but you honestly would never know it — she treated me like a regular and went above and beyond in every way. I was on a tight budget, and Kathleen took the time to work with me, adjusting the total so it was something I could realistically afford. She didn’t rush me at all. She showed me all three unit sizes I was considering, explained the differences clearly, and helped me make the best choice for my situation. She was friendly, honest, and very informative the entire time. She also walked me through the full process, including how the gate code works, and made sure I understood everything before I left. The whole experience felt smooth, stress-free, and genuinely supportive. You don’t see this level of customer service very often anymore. Even though she was just filling in, Kathleen represented this company incredibly well. If the regular staff provides even half the care and professionalism she did, this location is in great hands.
