It was difficult to get a live person on the phone but it’s a busy time of year. Customer Care was very helpful and once I reached someone at the store they were great

You have to phone ahead to set up an appointment to get service sometimes.
Dropped by to finalize the renting of the unit. The sign in the window said OPEN but no one was home. Wasted trip. After calling and leaving a voice message, I was able to hook up with the manager the next day and we went over any outstanding paperwork. That piece went fine.
