I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage. The customer service here is truly top-tier. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and quick to help with anything you need. A special thank you to Lajaun, the store manager, for going above and beyond. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in the facility.

As a long-time patron at this location, I have found the facility and customer service as first-rate throughout my experience. The professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of not only the storage space, but also the entire facility alongside ease of access, and availability of accessories to assist in the movement of items have been consistently superb. The store manager, Carlton, keenly exemplifies the foregoing points about the staff, including routinely extending his courtesy, skills, and knowledge all of which he conveys to the customer in a congenial manner. Additionally, the Extra Space Storage app has enhanced the customer experience to provide useful information and updates together with connectivity to the staff and facility on and off the site.

Lajuan was extremely helpful during my booking & move in process. There was a major misunderstanding with my unit. It was already being rented out. I moved my stuff to another unit that was unlocked since There were no workers present. The next day Lajuan did absolutely everything to accommodate me for the inconvenience. She was dedicated to solving all issues I had, with a great attitude!

The Manager LaJuan & Khepra were polite & professional plus gave me tips on ways to recall the dimensions, turn light on in the unit, & navigating to & from the elevator.

My experience with Lajuan was great! She is a professional who answers every question as well as providing all the necessary information you need. I am also pleased with my new storage area and the rates.
