Extra Space Storage - 3335 - Somerville - McGrath Hwy.

Today I had an amazing experience at ExtraSpace storage. Thomas and Francis were super helpful and knowledgeable, I was looking to switch from one space to another, and they made it super easy for me. This location is clean and I am so happy To be able to store my belongings in a clean safe location.

I cannot explain how good this place is especially the front desk employee named Thomas. He’s very helpful. Very willing to give good advice five out of five this place. Highly recommend if you move here. Ask for Thomas. He’ll take care of you! 😊

Staff have been informative and have worked with me when I’ve had questions and financial constraints. The layout is complicated, and I was given step-by-step directions and a hand-drawn map to help me find my units. They’ve also been flexible with me on payment timing and move-out scheduling.

Kept my stuff safe and clean for 5 years. Well organized facility, easy access. Staff has always been helpful, painless checkout with Joe and team. Would give 5 stars except that rent doubled over 5 years.

Clean, dry, and temp controlled storage at affordable rates. Convenient location for most parts of central Cambridge/boston. Well secured facility. Drive way may be narrow for large moving trucks, and there is no loading dock. Ramps and carts are available for use. Manager Louis is friendly, professional, and helpful.
