Rented a storage unit here last month. I have not been able to access my unit for myself since renting it. I was given a gate code that didn't work, tried to call, they gave me a new one, but that didnt work. I lost money on a uhaul because I was told that "The gate is broken, if you can not get in, you will need to wait for a manager to reach out and help", so I couldnt finish moving. Noone has reached out. I can only access my unit gate if it is left open and unsecure, or if another customer is there to let me in. I will be moving my unit soon.

Had to rent a second unit and they immediately gave me one next to my original unit. Done on a few minutes even as the truck was being unloaded.

The updating of our storage unit with KO Storage was very quick easy to accomplish.

Had some issues with the storage unit door not opening. Called customer service. Pushed the number for a call back so I don't have to wait. This was at 2:45pm and I got the call back at 5:55pm. Pretty poor service.
