Devon Self Storage, LLC - Devon Self Storage - 9305 - Springfield TN

I used this storage facility for a couple of years. I was really happy because the unit I got was climate controlled. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. I would still be there but I moved. :)

Cube smart has been a breeze to work with. I secured a unit online and was sent clear instructions on getting through the gate and to my unit. Autopay setup was simple. Move in and out was simple - I cleared my storage until, called to let them know, and that was it. No hidden fees, etc. Very friend staff and just all around no fuss. I will definitely use them in the future if I need a storage unit again.

We were moving across country & needed to store our belongings until we found a place to live, we contacted the gal's @ Cubesmart & they got us all set up. They even contacted us a day later to ask if we needed anything else or if they can help in anyway which was a very pleasant surprise. We got to the unit after a tiring 5 day road trip a plus day of our car movers that were horrible & ruined our 1st day in our new state of TN, but when the movers contacted us we were kinda frantic, we had been to the unit yet & didn't know what to expect however when we got there we opened our unit ( we were sent instructions the very day we rented it) it was clean, we had a welcome bag w/ our lock & instructions & the sweet gal came out to ask us if there was anything else she could help with? We only needed the unit for less then a month but if im not mistaken there were 3 very kind ladies that I had encountered & they made very clear that they were here to help in anyway. We are moving from Washington state to TN/KY area & im so glad we did. Everyone is soo much nicer here & honestly the staff @ Cubesmart/ Springfield was our 1st taste of the reputation of " Southern Hospitality"! It did not disappoint., you folks have an amazingly sweet & helpful staff, they deserve a raise! Customer service means more to me than anything. Ms. Stephanie nailed it. Very friendly and explained pricing and sizes of the units. I was very pleased with all the information I was provided. Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions.

Miss Stephanie has always been a great help to me since I have been coming here and I just fixed my payment plan so now I feel more relaxed and I can go home and sleep
