CubeSmart Self Storage - 16 Park St - MA

Update: I needed to move to a larger unit and all the folks at Cube Smart helped make it the easiest thing ever. A few clicks, a signature, and a larger unit within a few feet of my original unit. This is a new Cube Smart location with a wide variety of storage options. Most storage is inside the large, clean, well-lighted building though there are many units that can be accessed from outside. This isn't a 24-hour facility, but you can access your unit from 6AM to 10PM, and there is always someone available in the office during the usual hours.

My experience with the storage facility on Park Street in Taunton, Ma has been both pleasant and reassuring. The Management and Cube Smart staff always show a professional disposition and without any hesitation make sure they are readily available to help with any of to anyone wharising issues or problems if othey do occur while you are present on the is. What truthfully keeps me at this particular storage facility is the not able hard work the staff has put forth in completely turning Cube Smart around. It took hard work to accomplish this task considering the problems this certain facility had encountered. Due to the kind nature and professionalism the staff always displayed, both my husband and I were willing to wait it through for results. And yes in deed they delivered the results with stage ring efficiency. Thank you Cube Smart and Cube Smart Staff for keeping the customer first and showing without a doubt that the customer matters. Thank You, Mr. Scott as well as Mr. Ed!! Great job 👍

I can’t say enough great things about CubeSmart Storage on Park Street in Taunton! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how super clean, quiet, and well-lit the facility is. Security is clearly a priority here, with video surveillance throughout and everything feeling very safe and secure. They offer a wide variety of unit sizes—most are indoors, but there are outdoor options too ( ALL BRAND NEW ). The access hours are incredibly convenient 6A-10P, and there’s plenty of space for parking and easy maneuvering when moving in and out. Another huge plus is the convenience of their online options—you can view unit sizes and pricing, reserve your space, sign your lease, and make payments all online. Everything will be set up and ready in your unit before you even arrive, so if you’re in a crunch for time, there’s no need to stop by the office. But if you do have a moment, be sure to pop in and meet Scott and Robyn—you won’t be disappointed! What truly sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. Robyn and Scott are amazing, but I especially want to recognize Scott, who made a real impact on my move-in day. He went out of his way to check in with me personally, offering reassurance and support that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. This was hands down one of the easiest and most seamless moves I’ve ever experienced, and I have Scott to thank for that. If you’re in the Taunton area and need short- or long-term storage, CubeSmart on Park Street is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Scott and Ed have been great to me and I would highly recommend cubesmart they have great prices and great staff. They work with you about the bill and they are courteous respectful I highly recommend.

I have never rented a large unit before from a storage place. Their employee Ed made the process easy and a great price. Facility is state of the art and clean. I highly recommend renting a unit from Ed.
