50% random rate hikes! 🥳🥳🥳 Insane “security officer” who wears plain clothes and sits in a random suv may assault or attempt to assert dominance over you. Floors feel unstable, unit is… ok I guess. I’d wrap everything if I were you. No elevators for top floors Wouldn’t recommend.

I had just booked a small unit not realizing it was on the 2nd floor. I happened to run into the employee in the lot and explained that I preferred one I could drive up to. He was very accommodating and immediately helped change my lease and unit seamlessly. Thank you for making my move a little less stressful!

Great experience working with this location on Broadway and Rural. Consistent communication with the staff and they are helpful in sharing details about the facility, as well as supporting you if you need anything. Shout out to Jose for helping me and making sure I'm set up for success!

Jose was an absolute angel lending us a hand when I needed help loading my jukebox into our truck. Thank you Jose (and the other staff there as well!). Overall I’ve had no problems with the storage and staff over the past couple years. Clean, convenient. My only issue was the rental cost went up after Extra Space took over Life Storage. I had Extra Space in Peoria and left because they hiked up the costs on me there, then hiked up the cost in Tempe when they switched over.
