Michelle at Public Storage in Valrico was the absolute best. She was a very helpful person and she has the sweetest personality. She made sure my reservation was taken care of and she answered every question we had. Thank you so much Michelle 5 stars.

Was with Extra Space before they were bought out by Public Storage. Public Storage will violate your privacy, management will fail to follow up on their mis-doings, they will act nonchalant and dismissive when you hold them to accountability and they will treat you like YOU are the problem. I arrived to find my locks removed and replaced by their facilities' lock, even though I'm in good standing. They had "transposed" numbers and cut my locks, opened my locker, without my permission. Mandy, the district manager, never followed up on what she said she would do-get back to me about the situation. PUBLIC STORAGE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! They didn't do anything to fix this violation of privacy except pass on new locks. Worthless. How would any of you feel if you showed up to your locker with changed locks and no one had any idea what happened and no-one actually cared enough to figure it out or to ease their customer's concern? Just meh, whatever. Where is your humanity? This shady business won't be getting any more of my money.

Excellent location! Staff is super helpful and always has a positive attitude. Michelle especially! She has gone above and beyond to help me during an unfortunate situation I was going through. She made things so much easier for me, when in all reality she didn’t have to. Truly appreciate her patience and sense of urgency. A+ Experience Overall.

Michelle was phenomenal! She diserves a raise for her excellent customer service skills and Courteous, warm and welcoming spirit! Highly recommend if anyone is in need of storage in the Valrico area!
