This place seems to be a gem. Recently purchased as another company and upgraded, Becky did me a solid by noticing my reserved place and day to arrive for access/setup and called to let me know they are closed Sundays. She showed me around and even offered outside hours if I returned at an odd hour to assist and let me in. Great space, seems like a nice area to store things and safe and staff or at least Becky, the manager, is amazing.

Storage of America in Vero Beach it's just been incredible. They've taken it over before. It was terrible. No customer service at all. I must say that Becky gives you five star service and makes you feel welcome. Always has a smile on her face. She is definitely an asset to the company thank you Becky for your kindness and making my move from one storage to another effortless.

Becky is so sweet! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage unit for my needs. I recommend anyone who needs a storage unit to see her.

I didn't know it at first but, this is the place I had been driving around looking for! I was on my way to another Google suggested storage facility when I saw this place on my way, did a quick turn to find out some details, and Missi in the front office knew exactly what I needed and hooked me up with a drive up, large storage unit, for a very reasonable monthly fee, with my first month FREE! Not only did Missi find me the unit that would best suit my needs, but she took notice that I was working alone, and walked by my unit several times to make sure I was okay, and offered ice cold water from the office, this was the most pleasurable experience at a storage facility I've ever had, so thank you so much!

Clara was amazing! From the phone call I placed to confirm my storage pick up to the end! She greeted me with a smile, welcomed me in and took the time to make my experience legendary. All while managing the non stop phone ringing. She handled it like a champ, apologizing for my wait. Which was next to no wait at all. She came to our unit to check on us & see if we needed anything. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience! Thank you Clara! You ROCK!!
