He Helped me find the best Size storage unit for my stuff !! He was very knowledgeable about the questions that I needed to be answer He was very patient even when I messed up on my words!! The entire process in securing a storage unit at WSS was a refreshing change. It was quick, simple, and everything was done online, including setting up monthly ACH payment. Communication and customer service on a couple of minor issues was handled professionally and efficiently. A nice bonus was being able to see a map of available units and select the one you wanted. Very convenient 24/7 access with great customer service. Super easy to setup a renters account online with remote access and online payment. They are definitely competitive with their pricing, especially since this is the newest drive up storage facility in the area. Highly recommend this facility if you are looking for drive up self storage in the Clarkston or Waterford area.
