Mixed reviews- place is clean and great but rates keep changing and you have really no choice if you are looking to store stuff long term- already looking for storage somewhere else now that it’s summer. The review response stated that someone was going to reach out to me. Still have not gotten a response.

Good luck getting to your stuff in the winter months! They don't plow or shovel and then no one will answer your calls! Leave a message and no one calls you back🤷🏼♀️ they also enjoy raising the rent rate on after awhile

Rent was changed twice within a 6 month period. We stored our stuff here over a deployment and when we returned our things reeked of cigarette smoke. We called to see what could be done as a lot of our stuff was ruined from the smell and were essentially told it’s not their problem. The keypad to get into the unit never worked and we had to use the opposite entrance to get in. Will not use here again as there was nobody on site to help with the smell or keypad and you were always directed to call centers that couldn’t care less.
