Extra Space Storage - 6843 - Weslaco - Dragonfly Ave

I’d give zero stars if I could. My husband bought a storage unit in July for 110.00 a month. He received a notice they were changing the price to 180.00 a month. When he called they stated if he moved our stuff to the second floor the price would decrease. To top it off they asked if he was active military or retired. Since he retired last year and isn’t active they were going to cancel his military discount too. We just cancelled and are taking our things somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone, especially any military members!

Staff was very friendly and helping get the e right size of unit needed. They also was able to change my move in date to an earlier date so very accommodating. Moving everything next week but from what I saw it’s secured and clean.

The system was down to finish my application online Monday, but the manager at this location, Monica, was excellent! She was really helpful and explained everything really well and fast. I got my unit and code situated really quickly. The place was very neat and organized. I also want to mention they were the lowest prices I saw in the area after comparing many. I’m really happy I chose here for my storage :)
