CubeSmart Self Storage - 27W010 North Avenue - IL

My name is Ebony . I have had a unit with CubeSmart for six years now and I recently had an interaction with Lakesha Brown, she works at the West Chicago location, she was so kind knowledgeable, she helped me in more ways than one. She gave great customer service, actually outstanding customer service, and when you interact with someone with her customer service skills, it makes you want to continue to do business with cube smart, because she was compassionate and very genuine. She deserves recognition, plus! It was a long phone call and before our phone conversation ended, I was extremely satisfied, thanks to Lakesha Brown.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions in a professional manner. Would recommend their service and there pricing is affordable

Process is simple, fast, and service is great. I just really hate how some of these outdoor doors get stuck. I almost need a crowbar to open it in order to even reach my unit. I always have to come with some sort of strap to pull the doorknob because I'm not strong enough to pull it open myself—warm OR cold. It's the only gripe I have.

Keisha was amazing! She was on time, super organized, and had such a great attitude the whole time. We really appreciated her hard work and positive energy — definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help!

The process was simple and quick. Regina was very friendly and helpful. She answered my questions right away. I was able to access my storage unit right away. I like that you can drive up to the unit and unload your items directly. This is my first time using a storage option and it was a seamless, affordable and easy process.
