Extra Space Storage - 0134 - Whitman - Bedford St

Worst experience ever. My brother had rented this space for about a year and we were moving him out today. When we opened the door, so much of the ceiling had come off and was ALL over their stuff. It was disgusting. We had to spend tons of extra time wiping all of their stuff off, and even then furniture like their couch still had stains on it after being dusted. When we went to talk to the employees and see if they could get refunded or reimbursed for any of the damages, they said there was nothing they could do and quickly shifted the blame. Very disappointed with what happened the lack of customer service.

Easy, easy, easy! All paperwork done right through the website. Haven’t needed to go to the office yet! Super clean and well maintained. 10x15 climate controlled. Good quality moving carts a plus!

Bill was great with getting my questions answered and helping to get me set up with my new unit. I would definitely recommend Whitman Extra Space for an easy and accommodating experience.

I rented a small storage room for $55 a month and as soon as I put my account on autopay (3 months in) my bill is doubled! They will double your bill 3 months in. When I asked how they could justify this increase I was given a nice corporate answer about how extra storage space provides value with competitive pricing. They provide value by doubling your bill every 3 months. Bull! Extremely predatory, unethical and scummy business practice.. Stay away!

The two gentlemen I first met when I stopped in to the office were excellent. They took their time and explained in detail the services and cubical options in addition to the security. I had already checked a few places out but this was just what I wanted and their cooperation and patience added to that. I secured a 4 month contract immediately and willbe extending it. Entrance operation is simple as is lock operation at out cubical.
