Storage Sense - Williamsburg - Richmond

STORAGE SENSE WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR ME WHEN CHOOSING STORAGE LOCATION! CUSTOMER SERVICE: During my move, Storage Sense in Lightfoot was the right choice! Customer service is great and Mark was very helpful throughout the process. Even during a last minute change, when it turned out I needed larger storage, Mark quickly offered a solution and efficiently assisted me with my storage needs and change. Mark is not only a nice man, but very gracious and helpful and detail oriented. He was always available to assist and answer questions. That is very important for me when finding a place to store my personal and priced belongings! The entire office staff is helpful, efficient, and organized. They are there for their customers! CLEANLINESS: The storage facility is clean and well maintained. I stored my belongings in the climate controlled facility and it was easy to access. They also offer a rolling cart to assist in transporting belongings. ACCESSIBILITY & SECURITY: The operating hours are reasonable. The facilities are protected and accessible through a locked/secured gate only accessible to those with a personal code. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: My only complaint is that customers are not reimbursed for vacating early, even if the storage unit is rented within the time period. I would absolutely recommend Storage Sense in Lightfoot for your storage needs!

The manager gave excellent directions about how to get to the right driveway for his business. He then drove me to my unit and demonstrated the use of the lock and explained the rules about vacating the unit when we were done with it. Excellent customer service. A friend recommended your business to me. I will be recommending storage Sense to others.

Excellent service working with Mark. I highly recommend this storage facility to everyone. It is also clean and very well maintained and prices are reasonable. Check them out!

Mark and Storage Sense was excellent to work with! We didn’t know that only one lock is typically allowed on the storage unit, but since we had already left the state for the summer, Storage Sense kindly made an exception and left both locks in place. Each time we visited, carts were always available and access in and out was easy. Overall, a great experience—thank you!

Your rate is not guaranteed... mine has now increased twice in about a year. I'm relatively happy with their customer service, but just realize that they can raise your rate at ANY time. I started at $144 per month last July, and was just informed being raised a second time, now to $181. So, buyer beware.
