Great customer service
Over all it was good the only thing is that the site I found this storage facility on says that they are 24hr access and unfortunately they are not I didn’t no that untill I was there to unload the rest of my stuff after 10pm and the gates wouldn’t open I was really looking for something 24hr access but I can’t do anything about it now other than that they are very nice and quick to answer any needs or questions you may have

Convenient and quick set up!
We looked online and moved in the same day! The customer service was excellent! The unit was upgraded to a larger one since the one we originally wanted was not available! The location is close to us and the easy access is nice!

The customer service is great. The price is reasonable. There was some dirt in the unit.

Thank you very much for your review, we are very sorry for your unit having some dirt in it when you arrived. We do our best to keep after any empty units that may open up, but sometimes the Texas dust storms get the best of us in between. It is hard to get to customer service. The website doesnt have a place to make a payment. They cant find my name when i call them.Couldnt.put in a new card for payment on the website. I am sure i am getting late fees charged to my account.
