Good except for...
Overall, great storage unit. However, my issues are: 1. Dirt and debris blow in under and around the door. I have been shocked to see how much crap has gotten in to my unit between entries. 2. People will park right in front or very close to the two entry/exit key pads. Hence, I have to get out of my car and go around their vehicles to access the pad. There should be signs or something to tell people not to park there.

New facility that is very clean. Follow up was consistent and thorough. The price seemed a little high but there are very few storage units available at nicer facilities.
