The people at the Auburn public storage we're very nice and helpful. The only problem I had was when I went to put my stuff in the storage locker, there was no letters on the end of the buildings to tell me which one was mine. They need big letters at the end of the buildings so you can see when you drive through

I have been using Auburn Public Storage off and on since 2000 the unit are clean & efficient. I've never had a problem with this location. Wendy at the Rst Public Storage has gone above and beyond to assist me in every way possible . She is always very polite , always positive & eager to help in any way possible. Short Time of Use
When I reserved the space, I was treated with professional and friendly attitude by Dan, the relief manager. It turned out I had to cancel the reservation so I did not use the space. My only complaint is that I paid for all of May, and did not get a refund when I cancelled on May 1st. Otherwise, a good experience.
