Both locations were decent
Nice customer service so far.Storage space was perfect size

It was fine for the 3 weeks we needed it.
Was a little inconvenient to go to one part of Waco to pick up gate key - close to 5-6 miles away from the storage unit itself.

decent storage facility
The units are close to my home. I like that with a key I can get in after hours. The gate around the facility does not seem like it would really keep anybody out and the way the locks are set they could easily be broken in to. The door on my unit actually looks like someone has used a crowbar on it. As for pricing,I've paid cheaper with other places but I was drawn to the dollar move in. Over all I wouldn't keep anything incredibly valuable there but it will do for extra space

Horrible. Period.
Sketchy Area, Horrible customer service and they treated me as if I was unable to afford the units before I could even make an informed decision about the process. COMPLETELY DISCOURAGING. I wouldn't have left a review but my email was being BLOWN UP so I might as well tell the truth. It was a horrible experience for me...
