Clean and friendly. Do not access at night- no lights.
This facility was reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. The units are not climate controlled and there was barely any working lights when I moved my stuff overnight.

Would be nice if there was a security gate for each renter to input an access code for after-hours security.

After speaking with a rep at the storage site ( who did in fact contact me first...good on them), I scheduled a 1200 move in as THEY requested to know when I would come in. I showed up, they were out and did not arrive until 1230. When I brought this up, the gentlemen replied that I was scheduled for 1p.m.,looked again at his calendar and said "oh, it was 1200....my bad". The unit I received still had a full boxspring and mattress in it which was subsequently removed. Not a great start or a good first impression, but the place seems nice enough. As stated, we'll see.
