needs major overhaul !!!!
Clean up the junk, remove old pack rat autos filled with junk fire hazard, fix or remove all flat tire autos, make new space lines so you can fit with renters in safely, divide spaces accordingly to the length of the vehicles to fit maximum use of property. you could do this one row at a time.

Disorganized and slow in setting up
Place has seen better days. Staff took 45 minutes to set me up even with a pre booked reservation. And on move in day had to go into the office twice due to my gate code not working.

Terrible Service & Facility with Spaces that are TOO SMALL
I was very unhappy with the service & space provided. I rented this space with a $1 for the 1st month special & was told that I MUST pay for the 2nd month by the agent & manager when I arrived. That is not the agreement I had when I signed up with Spare foot. I am shocked that the Storage Etc., Carson agents would claim that I must pay for a 2nd month. My agreement was only to pay $1 for the 1st month as advertised, plus the additional $20 admin fee. Nowhere does it say in writimg that I am agreeing to stay there for 2 months. Despite this the agent & manager (1 man & 1 woman) who were there when I moved in tried telling me that I had to stay for 2 months. They also tried to tell me that my month ended on September 30, 2023, despite I was trying out this location & service. I tried them anyway as we drove both our RV & car down there & wasted so much of our time with the staff signing up. The place FAILED miserably. Not only were the agents not knowledgeable or properly honoring the $1 for the first month promotion that was in writing but they did not seem to understand logic. On top of that I was given a paper that stated I needed to let the property staff know when I was taking my vehicle in & out of the property. They claimed it was for my benefit. I've NEVER had any rental that I pay for tell me I have to let them know when I want to come & go. That is just creepy & invasive. Finally the space is way too small. It seems like they want to cram as many vehicles as they can into the smallest space possible. Take out a parking space so that it's possible to open doors without hitting the adjacent vehicle. The spaces are smaller than they should be. I'd rather pay a little more than worry about being able to barely fit in a space I pay for. Too much greed. Overall this is a poorly run facility that lacks appropriate space sizing to park RVs. I give this place a 0 star rating. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
