Office hours are undesirable
The online set up was good, everything I needed to know and do. The doors could be labeled more prominently, hard to see from car.
The gate to drive out either doesn't have a sensor or it wasn't working. Happened that I was there during the cold winter week with my toddler who had use a bathroom. I had to get out of my car, walk carefully over a slope of ice, out the unlocked pedestrian gate (security?), type the code in the entrance keypad, hurry back to my car where my child was bawling and drive quickly to find a restroom. The door that says knock if help needed, no one answered. The large patch of ice was unavoidable to get to the keypad. No sand or salt on it. Customer service hours end way too early. My husband has to go twice to drop off the lock that was due back so quickly or they charge but they don't have a Dropbox for afterhours. If this a family run business, they need to consider hiring extra help.
