Good price, a bit out of town and the place seems a bit shady at first, but overall it is a good place for a temporary 1-2 month storage.

Not very secure
Only one of the two doors into my unit actually has a working lock. The other has duct tape over the latch and is propped open every time I visit. The walk-in gate appears to have no lock, so it seems that anyone can walk onto the grounds. I registered for a 5x15 outdoor accessible unit, but got instead an indoor unit, plus it wasn't even the size I requested. They offered to move me, but my things still fit so I stayed.

employees were nice, but it was not what I expectedz
Me & my dad were ripped off out of our money. I was told I would get the largest size room, when we got there, we measured it and it was not accurate. It was way smaller than what we were told. I called to make payment arrangements to get some money back and no one has returned a call from either me or my dad. That was in May, It's July 28. I will still be expecting some type of refund before I move my things out...we paid for something that we didn't get...and that is not right.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I have called four days in a row about water in my storage unit. The owner/manager has not called me back. This is not the first time he would not contact me. I called months ago about snow and ice in my storage unit and only got to talk to him because I was in the office paying my bill and he happened to be there. I used this storage company because it was the least expensive and I got what I paid for. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS WITH THIS COMPANY. Several pieces of my furniture have water and moisture damage. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE STORAGE FACILITY!!!!!!!!!!!!
