  Good but could be better

  For a storage place they are pretty good. The price could be lower as seen my size unit for at least 30-40 less. What is very annoying is you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t use the dumpster to throw things away. With the price of renting should have that access. Instead have to put in your car and dispose at a different place which is annoying. Other places allow tenants to use the dumpsters. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s close to my apartment complex which doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t offer storage so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve stayed.

  Yes, with a Caveat!

  I think the price is inflated. The hours of operation is also limiting. The staff is awesome and is really the only saving grace that this storage company has.

  Not customer focused

  1. Zero cell or WiFi reception. I reached out to office and corporate many times and even offered to pay premium for WiFi access. Many people who rent are doing do so for business and having your biz shut down while you use the space is a nightmare. 2. I paid my rent every single month during Covid. Many did not. They received very cushy deals. But for me, someone who paid every month during COVID THEY RAISED MY RENT. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t wait to get out. 3. They are charging a colleague a lower price than I am being charged and I have no idea why. The woman at front desk is lovely but really I other than she I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have much good to say about the place.

  UNPROFESSIONAL SITE MANAGER OR LEAD GUY

  The Manager or Lead guy this site has is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I went there Saturday 02/27/21 to confirm one of the units (115) of the 3 I had would not be charged. His response was inappropriate as he was upset because I could not remember my ID # to access the facility. He told me next time I visited the site and I did not remember the number he was not going to allow me to enter the facility. I asked what was his problem and why was he being rude -his response was "because this the second time I have to do this for you... if you don't remember the number next time make sure to call your employees so they can tell you the ID # because I will not let you in the building" I have had the UNITS there for over a year and there was certainly no need for his poor lack of leadership to manifest with someone that did not ever give him a hard time. Needless to say, while I did not visit the site to terminate the other 2 units , after his unprofessional tone in speaking to me like that in front of my daughter - I took a walk across the street to Colombia Storage and moved the other 2 UNITS i had with Prime to Colombia Storage thanks to his attitude. As the owner of a company who employs 300 Employees - one of the investments I ensure we do is invest into management training - the "manager" you have on site in Clifton NJ needs Much of it. I was able to speak to District Manager Evan and he assured me it would have been addressed.
