You can tell when a company stands for its clients and not one who just talks about it. here is one who goes way beyond what they have to meet the needs of those who call on them and if you take that adding the ongoing contact then you have an above 100% average service. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Storage Solutions. I made contact with a human every time I called, and it was so easy to get set up over the phone and deal with everything remotely (via phone or email for paperwork). The paperwork took no time to push through and billing happened automatically. They have a great system that allows you access with an electronic fob, and all the storage units are inside a large climate-controlled building. I felt perfectly comfortable there and would recommend it to anyone for short- or long-term use.
