Poor customer service
The corporate customer service was very poor. I had to call and get the code as the text did not come through until 12:30 despite being able to move in anytime in the morning per agreement. When we arrived the outside space we reserved was no longer there (spaces had been removed or renumbered and system was not updated. We were able to find Robert on site who was of great help because the corporate # from my reservation was no help whatsoever and we were unable to reach another manager. All in all it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend. Again many thanks to Robert who helped sort it out in the end.

Facility had no reservations
Arrived at location, facility had no reservations from sparefoot. Had to do entire process over again .
