This process is fairly easy
This process is fairly easy. We did get a locker but it was not the one we reserved. I got confirmation for a 10x30 but when it came to contacting the agent, there weren't any available. Very disappointed. We ended up getting 2 lockers which is what we tried to avoid.

It's a painless process.
It's our 1st time using a storage unit in 15yrs, everyone I talked to had full knowledge of the process and answered all of my Questions of exactly what I need to complete this painless process and having the piece of mind with security goes along way.
