Too many price increases
We have had generally okay experiences with the storage place, however, there are far too many price increases far too often. The latest increase was a massive bump up in prices. Couple this with the fact that the storage facility wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t plowed for two straight days following a massive snowstorm (February 2021) and it had caused many issues that week because we need constant access to our inventory. 24 hour access to these units 7 days a week is a must. Most of the time everything is good enough except for these few instances.

Messed up floor
The floor in this unit is like walking on the crater of the moon. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not right to charge me 500 and give me a messed up unit

Bought out by a new company, now prices are OUTRAGEOUS!
This storage place was recently bought out by this new company, and since then, they grossly increased their rentals by $50/mo! Many former clients took their stuff elsewhere! To add insult to injury, now they wanna raise prices again claiming "for insurance purposes." True story, my unit has had a water leak since I got the unit, over a year ago! I've complained to them NUMEROUS times, and they've done NOTHING to fix the leak! But god forbid you're late on your monthly payments, these SOBs charge your $15 late charge for EVERY DAY you're late! Don't rent a storage unit here! They're a rip off! You've been warned! Г°ЕёЛњВі
