Good facility, great value. Rented a 5'x10' unit, much cheaper than any other facility in the area that I found.

Chantilly, VA Location
The agent was very professional and helpful. The Unit was dirty and should have been cleaned prior to my arrival. The agent on duty at the Chantilly, VA location offered to sweep the unit but I was on a tight schedule and had to decline. When I called two days prior, I was assured that the unit would be clean on my arrival. It was not.

Was able to move in right away. People at the desk were nice and extremely helpful. Storage is nothing wonderful but doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to be, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s storage. Grounds were clean, office was clean. Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the price. Would recommend.
