So far it has made renting storage space simple and painless.

Friendly staff but could do with some climate control and added security.
The staff are super friendly, make sure you know when they close for lunch as I have gone down to pay my monthly bill only to find them closed for lunch a few times. My mistake though. Not the most secure facility and could do with being climate controlled but decent enough for what you pay for.

I was railroaded!
My last day of access before another payment was due, I couldn't get in. I called the next morning and was told there was nothing they could do and I owed another payment. I had a very small amount of things left to move. So, now the company has my things to sell, they want a payment, placed a lean, reported it to the credit bureau....RAILROADED!!
