  No clear communication of storage manager and online customer support

  Onsite manager Amber is great. But the online customer care seem to promise deals that they cannot honor. Clearly there is communication gap between the site manager and the customer care. Weirdest thing is that reserving the spot online, doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t gurantee the storage unit. So what in the holy universe does reservation mean! The manager was kind enough to talk over phone with her boss to resolve the issue for me. So I would say go onsite to reserve the unit, no use of inljne reservation

  Vonfused

  This place seemed awesome.... But the purchase of the unit I was completely let down. Couldn't access building without struggle Everytime . The billing got really screwed up and they advertised the building had 24 hrs access when it didn't. My experience was poor.
