We offer free use of our moving van with new move ins (no use of out-of-state) and we also carry packaging supplies at the facility. Elevator available for upper floors.

Other than an initial glitch, everything was resolved.
I am satisfied with the unit. The employees and managers need to work on administrative coordination and problem-solving.

Jake is very professional and pleasant. The other man was nice and quite.
The price of a 10X15 went up within a three day period. From $ 148 to $163.00. I was quite surprised. Also I am an AAA customer, I thought that I would get a free month through Sparefoot. It didn' t happen.There should be discounts for Senior Citizens, Veterans, AARP and American Legion. I just got laid off my job in July 2016. I was trying to save some money, until I can start working again. Also everything was going ok until I backed up the company van at the storage company and bent the rear door with the outside lift. The rear door would not stay open. Not a good ending to my day.
