Nicest storage place I've ever found
Very nice gentleman who helped us the day we moved our stuff into the storage. The whole storage facility was super clean !

Bobbi was very helpful and friendly
Bobbi was very helpful and friendly. Only reason I haven't given a 5 star is that the reservation invoice that I received quoted 'Total move in cost of $25 and I ended up paying $90!' They omitted to mention you needed to buy a lock for $20, everyone needs one of these so why don't they tell you on the reservation details. Because I signed up mid month and they bill from the 1st of the month had to pay the next months rental as well. Climate control is what they say but then was today to buy a humidity product to soak up the moisture so where'e the climate control?! Hope it all works out ok as I am still concerned the unit is actually 5x7 seems a lot smaller than my last one. Will measure it as now a bit concerned .
